We are keeping the exact location of Planet Magika Festival under the covers for now, but we have a little hint, it is close to Mosonmagyarovar, Hungary. Just an hour away from Vienna!
Once your Ticket order is completed you will receive a specific location and detailed information on how to arrive.
We highly recommend you to travel by train to Planet Magika.
From Vienna there is a direct connection which only takes 55 Minutes from Wien Hbf.

The Station you need to get off is called Mosonmagyarovar (Hungary).
From the train to the location, is just some 16 minutes away by taxi.
We have a special Shuttle Service deal with Taxi Elvisz from Mosonmagyarovar.
Every ride is fixed price 15€. We recommend to share the Taxi.

Best to reach out before your train ride starts and say when you arrive at the station for pick up.
Of course it is possible to arrive by car, but please make this your last option since parking slots are pretty limited. If you decide to arrive in a 4 wheeler make sure to share rides and pack your whole family!

Tent, hammock, on a carpet under the stars … you choose! In any way camping here will be a real treat for you!
On the island, there is pure nature so the infrastructure is very basic. A family of big old trees will provide a shaded spot to set up your sleeping system. However it is not possible to enter the island by campervan, since we have to take a boat to get on the island. Campervans are only possible at the mainland camping area, from where the boat departs.
On the mainland, from where you arrive and the boat taxi departs to the Island, there is a camping ground with hot showers and normal toilets. Here it is also possible to sleep in your campervan, or in your tent and eat pizza!
CAMPING ON THE MAINLAND IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE FESTIVAL TICKET PRICE AND HAS TO BE BOOKED ON THE SPOT AT THE CAMP SITE ON YOUR ARRIVAL
Please be aware, if you decide to camp on the mainland, there will be no boat rides to the island during the night 21:00-08:00
The boat only operates in daylight from 08:00-21:00
One boat taxi transfer forth and back is included in the ticket price, every additional transfer is 3 Euros paid directly to the captain
Of course you can set up an additional tent on the island if you’d like to stay overnight
